Single Phase Duplex Wastewater Lift Station Smart Panels

The Lift Guard duplex wastewater lift station smart panel integrates advanced monitoring and control into a panel that looks and installs just like any typical wastewater lift station panel. This family includes versions sized for two 3hp to 10hp pumps.

The duplex smart panel monitors four floats, pump fault, pump run time, pump starts, pump current draw, and HOA switch positions. It controls the pump starts, horn, and light. A battery backup provides power to the communications system in the event of station power loss. It also offers advanced fault detection, such as stuck and out-of-sequence floats.

If an error is detected, the system sends text and email alerts to the site managers. These alerts and contacts are configured on the Nexcomm website. The website also displays graphs of the performance of each station. The system can generate reports of station operation for presentation to managers and customers.

Since Nexcomm Systems Lift Guard panels install just like any other panel, no special tools or training are required. They are designed to make remote monitoring of duplex wastewater lift stations extremely simple.
